I have just read a disturbing e-mail stating that gays and lesbians will not be eligible to receive funds because of conflicts with state laws, yet illegal aliens and fetuses will, somehow bypassing federal laws. I hope you can see the irony here. Please send me the contact info for the appropriate person to address on this issue.
