Discrimination against victims of September 11th

Dear Victims' Compensation Fund:

Below is an article about the Fund's intent to unfairly discriminate against gay Americans. I urge you to do the right thing and treat all Americans fairly. In determining your compensation policies you seem to be guided by compassion and fairness, disregarding discriminatory federal and state laws, in all regards but one -- when it comes to gay Americans. The survivors of the people who died deserve compensation, regardless of the victim's race, gender, religion, creed, national origin -- or sexual orientation. Please do the right thing and amend your guidelines to include everyone who died and the people they left behind.
