Equality Needed

If we as a nation can decide to overlook violations of federal law to allow sharing compensation with the families of illegal aliens (and I believe we should), we should also share compensation with the "adopted families" of the victims of 9/11 that were gay.

Just because gay people are not allowed to marry, does not mean that gay "family" members did not also suffer horrible losses that day also. Gay heroes like   who helped bring down the flight in Pennsylvania - saving lives in Washington D.C., NY Fire Dept.   who died in the line of duty when the first tower fell, and   who was   of the plane that crashed into the Pentagon (and many more) deserve to share in our country's bounty and caring as well.

The compensation should go to those who the deceased would want to have been compensated - not just to those who the law says are intitled to be compensated. If you can break the laws for illegal alliens in this matter - you can do whatever you want. So, lets not treat   as second class citizens while treating illegal aliens as first class citizens. Help all of those who were directly hurt by these events.
