Outrage
Dear Sirs/Madams,
I am outraged that homosexual couples and families will not receive the
same treatment as any other couple when it comes to the disbursement of
funds. If September 11 reminded us of anything, it is that we are one
united people, diverse in nature, yet unified in our commitment to
freedom and the pursuit of all that the Founding Fathers intended. This
needs to be fixed now! Not only was a heroic gay man one of the four
brave souls that brought down the fourth plane, sparing our Capitol the
fate that the WTC and Pentagon met with, but there are hundreds of gay
men and women that died in the attacks and left loved ones behind. Their
sacrifice deserves the same honor and respect as the rest.
