compensation for ALL victims of 9/11!
September 11 Victims Compensation Fund:
I understand you are considering not making available funds for victims of 9/11 to those that are considered gay and lesbian 'partners'. WHAT??
Surely you can't be serious! I am outraged that the partners of the gay victims of 9/11 are not automatically receiving the same benefits as heterosexual partners.
Does it make any difference that , who went into that building to administer last rights to victims and became one himself, was a gay man? Did it make any difference that who helped lead the counter-attack in the jet that crashed in Pennsylvania was a gay man? Apparently it makes them less human and with less rights than those who were heterosexual that died along side.
Turn your clocks ahead a few years out of the dark ages and use some sensibility. These brave homosexuals died for my country and yours. Let us remember them as such and show the same compassion as we do the heterosexual ones. Equal rights for all!!!
