Victim Compensation Fund
To Whom it May Concern -
I am outraged at the fact that domestic partners of gays and lesbians who
have died in the 9/11 terrorist attack may not be compensated in the same
ways that currently heterosexual partners, illegal aliens and even fetuses
that have perished in this horrible incident.
I urge you to reconsider this policy. At a time when this nation needs to
understand that we are ALL united against terrorism and it's prejudices and
mis-understandings that take away from the fact that we are ONE NATION UNDER
GOD. Not one heterosexual nation, nor one religion under god. We are all
one.
Please do what is right. And that is to treat gay and lesbian partners are
the equivalent to our heterosexual counterparts. Millions of people will be
watching and waiting your response.
