Exclusion of homosexuals from compensation
As an American and a gay woman, I was dismayed to find that the segmentation of America continues, despite our being told that September 11 was the day that "hyphenated-Americans" were no more, and rather than being Italian-Americans, African-Americans or gay-Americans, we were now simply Americans, all of us together as one American family. Apparently, that family just got a divorce.
Please, in memory of , , , and countless other Americans who happen to be gay, reconsider this position and make this fund available to ALL affected Americans.
Thank you,
