Sept 11 Fund

Dear Mr. Feinberg:

I strongly urge you to reconsider the ruling that allows local discriminatory laws to prevent Gay and Lesbian partners from benefitting.

Whatever opinion one holds on homosexuality, it is clear that the only rule that should apply here is to provide compensation for suffering.

To paraphrase Shakespeare, if a person is cut, they bleed, and their sexual preference has nothing to do with the suffering.

The only question this fund should ask is "Did they suffer?"
