9/11 fund and gays
Hi,
I do not know if this is right, but are you really treating gay partners differently than heterosexual wives and husbands? If so I am OUTRAGED.
As a New Yorker, and a victim of the first WTC bombing in 1993, I find any lines of distinction like this horrendous. A victim is a victim - race, creed, sexual orientation, and alien status be damned.
I EVEN GAVE MY MONEY TO YOU THINKING YOU CARED ABOUT ALL OF THE VICTIMS! How many millions of dollars have you collected under the guise of fairness??
Please Please tell me I am wrong and that you WILL treat all surviving family members equally -INCLUDING gay partners! Please tell me that the our healing response that has transcended politics is still above the fray.
