9/11 victim compensation
I am writing this email to express my confusion and concern regarding unequal distribution of benefits to homosexual partners of September 11 victims. Discrimination in any form is un-American and it is simply not acceptable to extend compensation to heterosexual partners, fetuses, and undocumented residents and yet exclude the partners of homosexual victims. Let's not compound the grief of the loved ones of the victims by discriminating on sexual orientation. All should be treated equally.
