As a proud mother of a gay daughter, I find it appalling that you are
ignoring the "survivor benefits" for the gay and homosexual partners of those
killed on 9/11. My cousin almost lost his life in the Pentagon that day.
The government is doing everything possible for him, but what if he had been
homosexual? Would he and his life partner be shunned by the same government?
Those who lost their lives whether working in the towers, on one of the
planes, in the Pentagon, or as a firefighter/policeman and had life partners,
should be given the same benefits as anyone else. No life is worth more than
another. God created ALL mankind and God does not make mistakes.
