Information on claims hearings
At the meeting at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the Special Master indicated that he intended to develop some kind of a "common law" from the hearings process. He advised us that summaries of the hearings would be published so as to provide claimants with additional guidance as to what types of facts and circumstances might warrant a larger award. When might any such information be available?
