In response to the Public Law 107-42 - September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001, as usual, no matter how much you try to help someone, it isn't enough. The formula being used is correct and should not be changed.

If anything the formula is much more than is needed. If a nuclear weapon had been detonated in New York and killed thousands, maybe millions of people, there would be no way anyone would be getting the kind of compensation in this fund. Considering the circumstances, the victims families should consider themselves lucky. If they persist in suing, all compensation should be taken away. Be grateful for what is being given. The Compensation Fund of 2001 is Discretionary, Not mandatory. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
