Single victim with 24 yr old sole survivor

We have listened to the explanations regading the computation oif economic loss and offset but there has been no mention of the relationship/pain and suffering for a surviving daughter who lost her mother and best friend. The computation for surviviing spouse is much more clear but where are the calculations for a mother and daughter who is 24 and lost the only family member left. Please advise on what to do. Based on preliminary calculations, the daughter would receive little in the way of non-economic loss and the offset would negate any significant award as far as ecomomic loss is concerned. There is plenty of evidence to demonstrate the realationship as it existed prior to the tragedy and one could imagine a lawyer in a civil suit doing just that. Every card, call and conversation depitcs a world of two women as close as two could be.....how is this being considered.

Sincerely,
