Re: VICTIM COMPENSATION FUND
Dear Mr. Zwick:
We lost our only son in the World Trade Center attack on September 11, 2001. He was
38 years old.
While we truly believe that most of the compensation should go to his wife and children,
however, as the law stands now, we have no right as parents to receive
compensation for our horrific pain and suffering. Our pain is devastating and will
last a lifetime. Our son can never be replaced.
A parents' Pain and Suffering should be part of the non-economic fund's regulation.
Our Pain & Suffering should be separated and apart from the compensation that the wife
and children are going to receive.
Thanking you in advance, we remain
Sincerely yours,
