Victims Compensation Fund
Greetings: I am wondering whether the domestic partners of September 11 victims will be recognized for purposes of this fund. The interim rule seemed to preclude that class. It is most unfair that a particular class of people should have their pain and loss ignored. All Americans are contributing with their tax dollars toward this fund; that any group should be omitted is perverse. If this is the case then the rule should be amended.
