Compensation
Why is the gov't getting involved in this at all? Has the gov't already been
named as a defendant in this case? And if so, on what basis? Many people have
suffered tragedy in their lives and in many of those cases a case could be
made that the gov't could have taken steps to avert the tragedy. Why are
these particular people being singled out for huge financial rewards?
Americans have already given generously in this regard. If these people feel
they should get more money than why don't they take legal action against
those who were in fact responsible, the terrorists and their supporters.
