I believe the proposed action is fair. I worry about the lawyers who are
saying you could get more from a slip-and-fall compensation suit. The
victims' families still stand to receive a tremendous amount of money from
Red Cross and others. Because the victims died with thousands of others
in what also became a huge media event does not mean they should write
their own ticket for compassionate assistance from their fellow citizens.
