Dear Mr. Feinberg,
. My husband was killed in the WTC attack. No amount
of money can ever make up for the loss. I don't think that it's fair that
we paid for our life insurance and planned for our future and now we're going
to be penalized for it. That shouldn't be counted nor should the pensions
etc. This is such an awful time for my girls and me there are so many
decisions that i need to make, the govt shouldn't be adding to them by making
the lawsuit look better. My husband was an investment banker, he didn't have
a high risk job, or so we thought. He left for work with a briefcase that
day. I'm very bitter that the govt is going to deduct all of these things
that he worked and payed for. Should we be entitled to the money without the
deductions absolutely. My daughters should be able to have a good life
financially, since they no longer have their father. Please reconsider this
matter. Thank you.
Sincerely
