Deducting collateral sources from 9/11 compensation package

To Our Elected Official:
After the heinous attacks of 9/11, Congress enacted the Victims' Compensation
Fund of 2001 P.L. 107-42.
We implore you, as our elected official, to demand changes to the interim
rules issued by Kenneth Feinberg, The Special Master, to the Fund.
Specifically, we request that you demand the following changes to the interim
rules:
1. REMOVE ARBITRARY INCOME LIMITS
2. INCREASE NON-ECONOMIC REWARDS
All Americans want to help the thousand of 9/11 victims and their families.
Only you can help them with this issue. Please do so.
