The unfair reality of the Victims Compensation Fund

I lost my husband     on 9/11. I have three children ages 4 and 2 and one born one month after the attack. His company     is only giving health care benefits until April of this year. How can I afford health care when the fund is deducting life insurance, pensions (which I do not have) and charitable donations as well as placing an economic cap on the salaries earned? How can I manage when I will walk away with a little over a years salary? I do not and will never have the earning potential my dear husband had not to mention that I was a stay at home mother. Please I implore you to revise the rules to not include life insurance which we paid for and sacrificed to have. I feel as though we have already paid the ultimate sacrifice...a lifetime without my husband, a daughter who never met her father and two children who will only have vague memories. Haven't we been robbed and raped enough? Please do what is right and just for our children in the name of our loved ones.

Thank You.
