Two claims per family
Mr. Feinberg, I am
Two claims per family (as exception for divorced families) is imperative for
the following reasons:
Deceased' three children are 18, 20 and 23 -- vs. new wife of 4 years,
age 53
She will bring down the compensation to 0 with company benefits
Where's the fairness?
Further my children have known their dad on average 20 years. New wife only
5 years.
Why should they get nothing and she take all in company benefits plus ruin
the fund for my children?
This needs to be changed.
Thank you. Please take care of this in your final rule. It has to be this
way.
