Equal Rights
It has been stated by the Special Master that the
average family will receive 1.6 million dollars.
Since this number is well published on all the
newspaper and other media. Why don't you treat all
the people equally and just distribute the SAME amount
(i.e. 1.6 million without deducting any thing)to each
victim's family.
You created your own problem by caring too much about
each family's personal financial details such as the
amount of life insurance and pension.
And you are wasting taxpayers' money by potentially
consuming so many manpowers to sort through and give
out at least 3,000 different amounts of awards.
Distribute the SAME amount to EACH family to avoid the
headache that you will have otherwise.
