Life Insurance/Pension Subtractions
An individual's pension, IRA's and Life Insurance should NOT be subtracted from their compensation award. If it is, then, those individual's should have all the life insurance premium payments and all pension fund payments that they have made in their live times ADDED to the compensation amount.
