Mr. Kenneth Feinberg,
The distribution of the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund requires your immediate attention.
The formula for distribution leaves too many individuals with little or no compensation.
My neighbor, a young widow with two grade school children, will receive nothing for the loss of her husband. I don't think that was the intended spirit of this legistation. The money should be distributed in a more equitable manner without regard to income from collateral sources.
The victims' families have suffered enough. Please spare them the ordeal of litigation.
