life insurance
Under my husband's life insurance policy, his parents are the beneficiaies.
It has been brought to my attention that I will not be receiving any of the
proceeds from this substantial policy. When considering the revision of the
victims compensation fund, please take into consideration that life insurance
proceeds should not be deducted when the spouse is not the beneficiary.
Under the present circumstances, I cannot afford to live in the home my
husband and I bought for ourselves and our young daughter. If the life
insurance policy is deducted from the award, I will be forced to sell my home.
