comments on the victim fund
TO: Special Master Feinberg
FROM: Widow of World Trade Center Victim
How can you determine whose life is worth more than another?
It does not matter if your are a bond trader or a janior, 20 years
old or 80 years old no mathmatical formula could ever equate to the
loss of a loved one.
To be fair and equitable each victim's family should be given the same
amount of compensation. Your position in life should not determine
your value to your family. Its not the size of your wallet but the
size of your heart that should determine your standing in life as
well as in death.
It is highly unfair for any deductions of life insurances or pensions
payments to be made. What that would amount to, is a penalty for
preparedness!
Thank you for your time and consideration in this very important matter.
