Compensate all victims of 9/11
Dear DOJ,
I am writing to encourage you to compensate all victims of the 9/11 tragedies, even those that are in the US illegally. Regardless of their legal status, these people are hard workers who have been devastated by the effects of the terrorist attacks. Please help them to carry on the American dream, working hard of their own free will to make your country strong.
