Gentlemen or Ladies, I am totally against this program. If the justifications that I have heard or read in the media are the ones being used, every citizen who dies in an unforeseen incident should be compensated. Mostly, I have heard justifications that relate to the suddenness of the loss. Life is tentative. Sudden losses occur to good and honest citizens daily. there is no excuse to pick my pocket because a person was taken suddenly. ---
