Re: VICTIM COMPENSATION FUND

Dear Mr. Zwick:

We lost our only son in the World Trade Center attack on September 11, 2001. He was 38 years old. We will live with this terrible nightmare the rest of our lives.

While we truly believe that most of the compensation should go to his wife and children, however, as the law stands now, we have no rights as parents to receive compensation for our horrific pain and suffering. Our lives have been destroyed and yet we have no rights as parents to receive compensation for our horrific pain and suffering. Our lives have been ruined by his loss and yet we have no rights as parents to receive compensation for our horrific pain and suffering. Our lives have been turned up-side-down and yet we have no rights as parents to receive compensation for our horrific pain and suffering. Our pain is devastating and will last a lifetime and yet we have no rights as parents to receive compensation for our horrific pain and suffering. Our son can never be replaced.

A Parents' Pain and Suffering should be part of the non-economic fund's regulation. Our Pain & Suffering should be completely separate and apart from the compensation that the wife and children are going to receive. It should not be included in the award to the wife and children, even if it is written clearly as such. This will cause MUCH FRICTION in surviving families.

Thanking you in advance, we remain

Sincerely yours,
