Dear S.M. Feinberg.
I am writing to ask you to pay special attention to the families & loved ones of the victims in the W.T.C
who were not legally married (some of them the Gays and lesbians couldn't marry) & to the
undocumented workers when you parcel out the compensation fund. I know you are an honorable
man who wants to be fair. I just write to remind you of those who don't fit in traditional parameters
