Mr. Feinberg,
I hope you realize what you are doing. the issue of penalizing those
individual who did something privately (life insurance) is morally wrong.
what word of "private" has anything to do with public? My brother is dead
and in bush's gov fund he didn't do anything that was fair by this. It's not
about the money that would be lost by this program it's the idea that when
you do something privately you do it to gain more at ones financial expense.
When this is taken away it's meaning isn't any different than rape. You have
the power to change this. please use it wisely.
