Why should the money that people put into a pension fund be deducted? That
money could have been spent by the victim but instead was put into pension
funds like a savings account to be used in the future. These people did
without to save for a rainy day and now are being punished for it. The
should have spent their money, Not bought life insurance and they would have
made out better.
People are being discriminated against because they made
good salaries and did the right thing all their lives. So women lost a
husband, children lost a father, and you want to make sure that not only do
they not have him but they now can have no where near the life they would
have had.
