Compensation?

So the bottom line is if your husband paid for life insurance with his own money, and then he put his own money into a 401K, and he had Social Security taken out of his salary but will never receive any benefits (but a child will for one year) then the family is out of luck because after these deductions the compensation plan doesn't give us anything. Maybe if they used his real salary, but we are penalized by the salary cap put on by the "special master"

You are also going to determine how much longer he would have worked even though his father is doing the same job at 92 YEARS of age. I'm surprised I don't owe the government money with the way this is being handled. I guess no one is responsible for our loved one's death, not the airlines, or airline security, nor the Port Authority for offering the victims no way out even though they were still alive after the plans hit, or the government for not doing its job or protecting its citizens. I guess it was the victims fault for just going to work that day.
