victim's fund
I would just like to express my opinion regarding the money which will
be given to the victims of 9/11. First I would like to say that I cried
every day for weeks after listening to the stories even tho I didn't
know any victims personally. Now when I hear the complaints of these
people concerning the amount of money they will be given in compensation
I am totally amazed when they say it is not enough. Some will be
receiving more money than most will make in a life time but aren't
satisfied. I'm not sure why they feel they should be compensated at all
from this country. It's nothing that we did. It was a horrific event
and I sympathize deeply, but I think they should be happy with whatever
they get and move on with their lives. No money in the world will bring
back their loved ones, and they seem to forget the money comes from tax
payers not from a never ending tree out back.
