On December 9, ICITAP organized and facilitated an Anti-Corruption Campaign in 14 cities across Bosnia and Herzegovina to mark the International Day Against Corruption. Police officers in Sarajevo, East Sarajevo, Zenica, Doboj, Gorazde, Travnik, Livno, Banja Luka, Bihac, Mostar, Ljubuski, Gorazde, Trebinje and Brcko staffed campaign booths together with school students. They interacted with citizens and distributed flyers and questionnaires relating to citizens’ experiences with corruption. Campaign booths were placed along main streets or in shopping centers. More than 2,200 questionnaires were distributed and completed amongst the 14 cities. Local media was present in all locations - the event was publicized throughout the country. Results of the campaign surveys will be reported once complete. This activity was delivered with the support of and in coordination with the State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
