On August 28, ICITAP completed a 22-hour instructor skills course for the Indonesian National Police (INP) Traffic Division Training Center (Pusdik Lantas). This hybrid course, which was comprised of two sessions of virtual training and two sessions of in-person training, was attended by 17 participants and one observer from the Training Standards Bureau (Lemdiklat). The participants from Pusdik Lantas train about 2,000 students every year. One of the participants, a deputy commander from Pusdik Lantas, said that from her observation of the training, as well as from input she received from the participants, the course was not only interesting but also very beneficial for them. She also wanted to convey to ICITAP management her greatest appreciation for the assistance and requested two more iterations of similar training, one for instructor skills and another one for public speaking.
