Attorney General Eric Holder Visits the FBI Washington Field Office (WFO) to Thank Investigators

On Sept. 18, 2013, Attorney General Eric Holder visited the FBI Washington Field Office (WFO), the office leading the multi-agency investigation into the September 16 mass shooting at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. Attorney General Holder met with FBI WFO Assistant Director Valerie Parlave, Metropolitan Police Department Chief Cathy Lanier, U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Ronald C. Machen, Jr., and others. The Attorney General thanked federal and local investigators and all those involved for their dedication and around-the-clock work on the matter.
