Cruden of the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division, U.S. Attorney Patrick Miles Jr. of the Western District of Michigan and Acting EPA Region 5 Administrator Robert Kaplan will make a major announcement related to the 2010 Enbridge oil spills in Marshall, Michigan, and Romeoville, Illinois.
