USAO Outreach – DEA 360 Youth Leadership Training

Law Enforcement Coordinator Gutierrez attended the DEA 360 Youth Leadership Training. The training teaches at-risk youth the steps necessary to create population level changes, by empowering youth as leaders to effect change using a proven prevention model. The training was taught by the Community Anti-Drug Coaltions of America (CADCA), and located at the National Hispanic Cultural Center.
