Here are the States’ comments.
NAAG instructed me that with State Attorney General sign-ons, I could only file a PDF, because a word document could be manipulated and signatures could be added or deleted. I hope this is OK in under this circumstance.
We anticipate there may be more sign on Attorneys General. I will continue to gather those, and when they have stopped coming in I will submit an addendum.
Hard copies will follow when all the signing-on Attorneys General have come through.
Thank you for your time, and again, I hope the PDF is allowable in this case. Please let me know if it is not, and I will communicate with the NAAG office about what we can do.
