MOTION OF THE UNITED STATES FOR AN ORDER
UNSEALING INFORMATION AND ACCOMPANYING PLEADINGS
AND PAPERS

The United States of America hereby moves this Court for an Order unsealing the above-captioned Information and any other accompanying papers.

Upon Motion of the United States, this Court issued an Order on May 17, 1999 sealing the above-captioned Information and all accompanying pleadings and papers.

There being no further reason for the Information and accompanying pleadings and papers to remain under seal, the United States moves this Court to issue an Order unsealing criminal case number 399-CR-182-G, United States of America v. Rack Shop (DE), Inc., and all accompanying pleadings and papers.
