Mr. William Stallings,

I am a writing concerning the case;

Civil action no. no 12-cv-00395-RPM-

I am concerned about the settlement in the above case.

A law has been broken and 2 companies concerned, Gunnison Energy Corp, and SG Interests have been given a minimal fine and go on doing business. William Roch and SG Interests will continue to cheat the people of our community if not taken to task.

I ask you to set aside this settlement and seek a harsher judgment.

When Tim DeChristopher from Utah gets a hefty fine and Jail time for protesting and not for monetary gain what should happen to Gunnison Energy corp and SG Interests for being and deceiving the people.

They remain in good standing by BLM but have broke the law.
