UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS EASTERN DIVISION
ORDER TERMINATING FINAL JUDGMENT The Court having received the motion of Defendants International Sign Association, the successor in interest to Defendant National Electric Sign Association, and John K. Lamb, for termination of the Final Judgment entered in this case on April 5, 1954, and the United States of America having represented to the Court that it has no objection to the motion, and notice of the motion having been published in the Federal Register, The Washington Post, and Signs of the Times, and all interested parties having been given an opportunity to submit comments concerning the proposed termination of the Final Judgment, and no comments having been submitted to the United States of America, and the Court having considered all papers filed in connection with this motion, and the Court finding that it is in the public interest to terminate the Final Judgment, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: That the obligations of National Electric Sign Association and its successors, the International Sign Association, under the Final Judgment and John K.
