We are an exclusive buyer agency office which only represents the best interest of the homebuyer, and does not "list" properties for sale. We have been in business for 14 years only because we are tenacious and thick skinned.
We used to have an EBA (exclusive buyer agent) button on REBAC ( NARS version of buyer agency) they have removed us, so that consumers now don't know we exist and are forced to use a traditional mega broker. There used to be good( maybe not good, but better.) agency disclosures.now they are diluted and in a few years will become obsolete simply because FAR wants to keep the business going to the big traditional mega brokers. FAR claims that by that time consumers will understand who does not work for them.total bull!! Right now even AGENTS DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEIR DUTIES TO CONSUMERS ARE !

As for the discount brokers.most are a disgrace as the take less money from the consumer but also do much less.or nothing.for the consumer.how about some minimum standards?
