ETL Employment:

Entry-level attorneys may join the Environmental Tort Litigation Section via the Attorney General’s Honors Program either directly after graduating from law school or after completing a judicial clerkship. Lateral hire into the section after at least one year of practice is available through experienced attorney hiring.

Law students are encouraged to apply for internships made available through volunteer legal intern recruitment and the Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP).
