On April 15, ICITAP completed a two-day online workshop titled 'Leadership Today.' The training was provided by three leadership subject matter experts from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The training participants are mid-level police managers from various police departments, police instructors, and professors from the Police University. This collaborative effort is a result of multiple requests over the last several years from the Ministry of Interior to provide such training. The main points of the discussion have centered on leadership today in general, self-reflection, self-awareness, resilience, and accountability. The Police University hosted the training by providing the venue and IT equipment for online communication. The workshop will end on April 15. In Serbia, ICITAP works with the support and in coordination with the State Department's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL).
