     XX          has contacted my office concerning his
cost for gasoline.

     XX    states because he is wheelchair bound, he must
use the full-service pumps at gas stations. However, he
feels he is being penalized for being handicapped by
having to pay the full-service price for gasoline.

I would appreciate knowing, on behalf of    XX     , (b)(6)
whether the Americans with Disabilities Act requires
service stations to offer self-service prices to
handicapped individuals.
