Jennifer Scheller Neumann

Jennifer Scheller Neumann joined the Appellate Section as an attorney in 2004 and has also served as an Assistant Section Chief and the Deputy Chief before becoming Chief. As an attorney, Jennifer litigated appeals and petitions for review in a wide variety of the Division’s subject-matter areas. As Assistant Section Chief and Deputy Chief, she was the first-line supervisor for appeals involving the pollution control statutes, criminal worker safety issues, and certain petitions for review, among other areas.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and clerked for the Honorable M. Blane Michael on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
