Deputy Attorney General Cole sharing commitment at meeting — Deputy Attorney General Cole spoke about the shared commitment of the United States and Mexico to combat organized crime. "I have been extremely impressed by the commitment and dedication shown by the Government of Mexico and its law enforcement entities in pursuing Transnational Criminal Organizations, which are a scourge to the peaceful citizens of both our countries, as well as the countries of Central America. My meetings today with Secretary of Public Security Garcia Luna and with other government officials further my belief that our strong partnership - one that respects the laws and sovereignty of both countries - is critical to the success of the battle against organized crime."
